我第一次订到景区400元以下的五星级酒店，性价比很高。进店有三杯免费饮料，当时忘记给我后来游泳回来喝的。客房服务刘庆燕很热情，给我们拿儿童拖鞋浴袍过来还带了绿豆汤（虽然味道和我们浙江的不一样😂），自己打印的简易登山地图，听说我们第二天去泰山还特地给我们登山杖，还给我们详细的介绍了一下。后来我们下山回酒店的时候把登山杖又还了回去，希望可以服务到更多的人。酒店的游泳池路比较远，儿子很喜欢，不大但是人不多，服务员态度也很好。不好的地方是酒店出租车不多，我们晚饭是打的去万达广场吃的，登山那天去红门也是打的，下山后从天外村走回酒店花了15-20分钟。感觉唯一不好的就是我们10点多回酒店，当时去济南的火车票只有下午1点40多的了，酒店服务员一直和我说汽车不好，路上要两个多小时什么的，不如坐火车。而且大堂还有个陌生人，想拉客对我们说35一个人送去坐汽车到济南。实际去济南的汽车票只要20多块钱，大巴位置很宽敞，座椅像沙发，走高速全程一个半小时到济南汽车站。

整体服务很好，前台和客服都很有礼貌，房间很干净。前台那边还可以买登泰山和看封禅大典的票，非常方便。建议首次过来爬泰山的朋友入住。性价比很高。
