酒店人員服務很好，離高鐵站計程車15-20分鐘，走路10分鐘可以到新光三越及大遠百，行政樓層早餐的粥及牛肉麵都是溫的可惜

地點不錯，房間乾淨，早餐東西豐富，不過有個大缺點就是晚上十點左右熱水不熱只有溫溫的，過了這個時段才恢復正常...........................

酒店位置挺好的，台中不大，每条街道都很短，前台热情，房间整洁，早餐还可以，走路去吃的海鲜市场餐厅，走路去的台中歌剧院和离歌剧院不远新光三越。
