先说优点，地理位置不错，开车族离交流道很近，周遭也有像秋红谷和茶六可去，离七期近市容美，客房区梯厅欧风加香氛质感不错，房间空间大洗沐品牌不错，服务人员态度很好。缺点是跟我想像的五星级饭店有点落差，没有免治马桶，床旁边没有插座，号称智慧电视但没有内建登入Netflix or YouTube…等视听app，仅能手机投影BUT限android ，iOS需call服务中心付一千元押金，后由服务人员送HDMI+apple转接头，才能插办公桌上HDMI孔投影，这种落后的设备真的可以换一换了…还有在一楼从停车场电梯走到lobby checkin 这段路，大概是有buffet的关系，味道有够混杂(甚至可说是臭)，去过很多五星饭店真的没比较没伤害。只能说付了这九千多元似乎可以有其他更好选择。

非常满意，超喜欢的
服务态度都很好
房间格局都是我喜欢的，
下次再去台中的话，我会再入住
厕所都很大，很华丽，满意
那床也是很舒服呢
早餐部份也很满意，很多各式各样美食，都很好吃，我没想到早餐有我最爱的寿司吃，这点让我很加分

饭店进去大厅就非常香，装潢新颖！
据说床非常好睡，果然很舒服！
这次入住19F景观很好，尤其夜晚时很美！很推荐！
看评论早餐很好，果然不失望，非常丰盛，我觉得口味不错！
有些甜点设计小小可爱，很适合什么都想尝试这样也不浪费！这点很贴心！
