饭店人员都很有礼貌亲切，房间乾净舒适，游乐设施有健身房三温暖，男女裸汤，?自己有加价按摩服务，整个体验下来都很舒服，希望下次逗留时间可以再长一点，可以慢慢在享受这些很好的服务与设施，建议大家想来放松可以来这里。

今日早晨享用早餐时，发生了一件令我感到不适的状况：
当我刚用完餐盘时，有一只体型明显较大的苍蝇飞落在餐盘上。此情况让我顿时失去了食慾，也无法继续享用早餐。
我理解公共餐厅难以完全避免虫害，但身为五星级饭店，顾客对餐饮环境的卫生期待自然更高。我诚心希望饭店能针对用餐区及餐盘回收的环境加强管理，避免类似情况再次发生，确保所有宾客都能安心、愉快地用餐。

1.入住当天下午3点多提早至饭店(原入住时间为下午4:00)，经洽柜台，同意协助提早入住。
2.因当天下午天气炎热，于柜台办理入住程序期间，柜台已通知房务人员提早开启房间空调，非常细心，值得称许。

The room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.?
The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic.
This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel.
