在网上订的双床房，可到店时告知只有残疾人房间，问我们入住吗？我们能不住吗？从火车站打车过来，不住的话难道晚上我们还提着行李再去找酒店?再就是酒店还有装修的气味，特别是走廊里。房间里用的物品是比较好，不过卫生间虽然比较大，但没有阻隔，残疾人房间没有浴缸就算了，为什么不能弄一个淋浴房，还有就是不知道为什么床头台灯竟然没有开关，我们找了半天找不着，只好把插头拔了，难道是残疾人房的原因吗？
