地點非常好，在台南火車站不遠處，出門有公車站牌，不開車的人可以多加利用前往熱門景點。服務人員很親切。設備老舊了點，畢竟是老酒店了。整體來說很不錯。

饭店交通非常便利，服务态度、质量超好，还免费提升为大床房间，额外提供每晚的免费宵夜。前台服务员不厌其烦地介绍当地美食、景点，并帮忙免费打印一张A3大幅本地交通图。下次再来台南时，一定还会入住台南大饭店。

早餐很丰富，酒店所处交通便利，距离台南车站步行5分钟就到，去成功大学也很近。一次洗衣服凉在房间，酒店服务员看到后就搬来一台电风机，感觉很贴心。客房每天送中国时报1份。
