設施超棒，環境好美唷!! 很喜歡裡面的燈光! 黃光製造的效果 是浪漫! 不過擺設上更讓我覺得是南洋的溫暖太陽~
飯店戶外有射箭場、高球果嶺練習場、羽球場、游泳池、戶外風呂。
室內有旅人書局、健身房、溫泉、桌球、撞球等器材供房客免費使用。
房間內亦有溫泉可泡湯，非常放鬆的行程。
晚間有卑南原民的表演，這些青少年具熱情，非常好。
整體服務人員也真的努力以客為尊的提供服務給遊客。
整體而言是來知本，老爺是個很好的選擇。

知本老爺位於山中，我們入住那天適逢下雨，煙霧繚繞的山景很美，坐在陽台呼吸新鮮空氣一流！也適合一家大小去遊玩！停車也方便！但如果自己坐車去我估計會很不方便。還蠻山中的！

基本都很满意，只是在入住时有那么几分钟无人理采，前台只有一个工作人员，他正和一位日本客人聊的很开心！

飯店乾淨整潔，遊樂設施完善，溫泉池、游泳池、小孩遊戲池、健身房、小孩遊戲室都有，飯店全天還有不同的活動舉辦，大人小孩都可參加，非常值得推薦來此住宿。
