外面看旧旧的感觉，但进入酒店绝对是一流的服务卫生装修，温泉酒店来说，非常超值，在大陆这个价没有这个档次的装修和服务。

房間新整修，價位雖稍高但很值得；溫泉設施多樣，裸湯環境舒適，泡完很舒壓，人也不會到太多；晚上的原民表演解說得當，不會有為了表演而譁眾取寵的感覺。稍微可惜的是，早餐人有點多，餐點不到出色，僅尚可接受！地下室有許多器材可以使用，例如Wii、switch、撞球桌球、健身房。以渡假休閒來說，知本老爺房間和溫泉設施都讓人滿意！
