旅途中遇到一個不方便的情況﹐本來朋友在其他網站訂了個2個晚上﹐我在CTRIP訂的一個晚上是在2個晚上前的一天(因為受花蓮地震影響﹐行程有變)﹐為怕由於分別訂購而需辦2次入住﹐在入住時已向前台說明情況一切﹐但在第二個晚上回來酒店時門卡竟然失效﹐我們帶左嬰兒又拖著行李回到前台查問及辦理﹐感覺難受﹐希望可以反映酒店那邊提升服務質量﹐謝謝!

服务热情，早餐丰盛，卫生好，还送圣经！美中不足，离捷运站走十几分钟吧，对我个人觉得有点距离。不过走来的一路上都是店铺，蛮热闹的。

有的前台服务非常好，有的很次，最差的一个前台中年女服务人员，上班还带口罩，问啥都不知道，告他已订房，说查不到订单，换个服务员就马上查到了，早餐也不好。

呢間酒店入住了4次以上，環境乾淨，地點方便，張床好舒服。前台服務員和清潔姨姨都十分友善，每次見面都會主動打招呼，雖然早餐食物款式不算多，但味道還ok，下次再去台北都會住呢間。

酒店卫生很干净，住的很舒服！步行到西门町10分钟左右～～ 很方便。开始订了两晚，退房后住了其他酒店不舒服，还是跑回来这一家住。推荐！！

早餐丰富，餐厅在12楼，风景好。酒店位置离西门町步行街很近，房间设施齐全。门卫很热心，帮忙叫车、指路并把行李送到房间。
