酒店服务很热情，新馆房间设施很好，就是周围便利店和餐馆少有点不方便。去西门町有车接送，但是要提前和前台定。

新馆房间很大，还有个很大的阳台，干净，不临街，不挨着高架桥，吃饭都是去旧馆12层，视野很棒，餐品种类比较多，周围走路几分钟就有7-11

新馆很新，设施很好，但是没有那么大，窗户有点高，周边环境很旧，没有好景色，智能马桶，晚上有点冷，问过服务员说晚上会定时开空调，但是还是很冷，酒店到西门有免费接驳车需要提前预定，其实离西门町还是有段距离的，房间内总体还不错，洗发精味道很好闻

位置在高架桥下面，招牌不是很大。12度以下才开启暖气，下雨天回酒店后衣物都有点湿漉漉，房间温度让衣服都干不了，而且卫生间晒衣绳也没有。和前几天住的凯达大饭店比起来差多了。
