做为太原最好最贵的酒店，有些名不副实。可见太原其他酒店就更无法相比，旅游业和消费水平较低。横向和其他城市凯宾斯基相比较差，房间面积小，大厅装修老旧，酒店外立面老旧无设计感

不好意思，不会再去了。卫生间没有垃圾桶，洗脸水盆不能下水，七点多进门了还在装点房间（预定电话里已经强调六点完成），早餐小米粥里面吃出塑料纸。可惜了凯宾斯基这块牌子。
