千万千万不要住负一楼，超级无敌吵，不知道是房客还是工作人员，大半夜两点多了还整个楼层不停的开门关门，说话也很大声，根本无法入睡，气到直接想退房为止。

网站上说有早餐，前台也说明天领餐票，第二天换了一个前台就说没有早餐，就说只有会员才有餐票，完全不同的说法，结果没有吃早餐。这属于酒店管理不当，工作交接不认真，欺骗顾客的行为，不知道西宁是怎样管理服务业的。竟然还是连锁店，不知道全国欺骗了多少人。本来赶路就辛苦，答应的早餐突然没有，这样早餐都没有吃对身体健康多影响。酒店的设施和隔音效果也不好，总之差评！

房价有点贵，停车位太少，价格和房型并不是理想中的，感觉还是一般。希望能改进车子无法停的问题，服务还行。
