定的大床房，到前台了说大床房订完了，只有小标间，换了小标间又说让我交300，100是押金，200是房费，还忽悠我说他给艺龙网打电话了给我退款，**，回民开的，不是我机智就上当了，我说我给艺龙客服打电话，他有说那不用交房费，交了押金就可以，郁闷死，一点也不爽，和女朋友亲热了一波就各自睡觉了，早上在想来一下可房间太冷了，????

最糟糕的一次入住，艺龙有返现活动，打电话到酒店问是否有大床房，能否预定，酒店人员说没问题，定好后跟酒店确认是否预定成功，酒店回答已成功，到酒店前一天还跟酒店确认，没有问题，当天到酒店告诉我没有大床房了，很崩溃，我的态度很强烈，酒店给其中一大床房客户打电话说那房换暖气让其搬到标准间去，这才能入住，到房间看到和网上图片区别很大，厕所干湿不分离，洗澡没地方，无线时好时坏，第二天厕所不能冲水崩溃附近不方便
