这次旅行中这家酒店的感觉最差，一是小孩被锁到卫生间，找服务员、找前台，好长时间都不来，最后还是我们自己费了很大劲打开的不知道这家店网上的好评从那来的;二是订了两个家庭套房，每个家庭套房住了两家人，我们申请每个家庭套房办两张房卡，被前台拒绝，说了很长时间也不给办，很无语。感觉整个行程都被这个酒店破坏了。

酒店干净，但管理不是很好，三个人给两条浴巾，打电话一个多小时才给补一条，说是制度规定，房间打扫不彻底，有不知道是前面那个时期留下的袜子。
