很客观的说，性价比特别差！冬天的时候千万不要住，没有集中的暖气，是酒店自己烧的，温度也不高，而且到半夜就停了！！！！！！！太差了！！！！

西宁柏威大酒店前台服务好，为客人服务热情，登记入住和结账效率高。第一天住商务间6073，临街，夜里很吵，第二天和前台一说，非常热情的给换了靠里的房间，不但安静，暖气还好，晚上能够好好休息了。另外，位置好，门前就是西关大街，交通很方便。有停车场，入住免费。推荐入住。

总体来说条件还算不错，有停车场但停车位比较紧张，卫生条件还算可以。早餐没顾上吃，不知道怎么样。整体性价比还是很不错的。
