从来没有对万达这么失望过，也住过其他城市的万达都很满意。一个五星级酒店居然不开中央空调，窗户也只能开条缝，热得根本睡不着。告知前台前台说他们这不开，简直无语了！

酒店给人舒适大气的感觉，房间设施都能够正常使用，整体服务让人很满意。楼层高，视野广阔，可以看到万达附近的全貌。交通也很便利，打车和公交车都很方便。购物很方便，楼下有万达广场和新华联广场。晚上的夜景很美丽，下次还会选择万达入住！

在海湖新区，除了离老城区有些距离，其余没啥可挑剔的。哦对了，普通房间烟味还是很大，还是更喜欢无烟房。附近吃喝玩乐很方便
