在西宁的新城区，临近万达广场，整体体验没有成都瑞华酒店好，感觉差距蛮大，第一天下午茶的时候，我都不敢确认是否是五星酒店，还跟询问了服务人员才确定的，服务意识也很弱，朋友说西宁整体的状态都是这样，这个跟整体环境有关；是晚上入住的，房间感觉还可以，早上起床才感觉好多灰尘，枕头上尤为明显，满头沾满了渣渣，黑色衣服上沾满了，估计是春节期间入住少的原因，但是从我的角度出发，作为万达的五星酒店，体现出的质量不应该是这样的，还在价格不贵，心里上尚能勉强接受，否则会后悔死吧！哈哈哈哈
