房间热爆了，五星级酒店没有冷风，房间温度一直在29度，打大堂电话说只能开空调，夜里两点了，室内还有26.5度，走廊里特别冷，开着门睡还凑合，一楼大堂香薰味道太重，这真的是五星酒店吗，亏我们还订了四间房，还没有索菲特住着舒服！
