定了两个豪华标准间，前台登记入住再三强调是豪华标准间但还是给开了商务标准间，到房间发现不对即电话前台核实，前台振振有词说商务标准间和豪华标准间是一样的，最后极不情愿给换了豪华标准间，既然一样的那为何还有差价，房间面积还不一样！可叹前台服务态度！！！到了房间满屋子的下水道臭味，服务员正拿空气清新剂在喷，拿服务员的话说多开窗通通风就好了！早餐最晚到十点我们九点去吃看着本来就不丰盛的菜品已经不剩多少了，大部分品种已经清盘了，服务员也为有要加的意思，可叹这管理！！！！

干净整洁，服务优，希望在房间打扫完毕后，开窗通风或者喷点空气清新剂啊什么的，因为一进房间，味道比较大。

已经多次入住这个酒店，服务还可以，相对该地区还是不错的推荐。整体硬件设施也不错。酒店服务如果还能提高一些就更好了，不过整体而言还是推荐该酒店的，旅游旺季的时候还是比较难订到的。酒店内的菜馆也不错，价格也不是很高，比较适合内地人喜欢吃清淡的口味。
