酒店非常舒适，特别提出大堂的曹师傅和小雷同志服务非常热情周到，离店时不知道怎样到火车站，曹师傅亲自帮我们掂行李，并把我们送上1路公交车，离店时过于匆忙，忘记了开具发票，小雷同志通过快递把发票邮寄到我的手中。
曹师傅和小雷同志是西宁的优秀代表，通过他们我爱上了美丽的西宁。有他们这样的员工，酒店的业绩会越来越好；有了这样的市民，西宁创建文明城市的活动一定能成功！

非常棒的酒店，还给了upgrade。无论是前台还是其它员工服务态度非常好。尤其是当班的小罗，小曹，小薛给了我们家的感觉。另我们81岁的老爷子非常开心。谢谢你们。他说4星酒店5星的服务。
