这个原来是连锁酒店叫亚朵，后来独立。总体来说不错。管理还有小农意识。不够美观，浪费了原来连锁的基础条件。电梯贴满混乱，视觉难看。大堂凌乱。前台凌乱。这也就是老板或者经理的品位。也是连锁企业和农民企业的差距。做事业和赚钱的差距。也就是说这个酒店的好都是原来连锁管理基础好，差和连锁脱离之后的差。
