酒店不错，厕所小点，不过够用。前台服务很好，早上早起出门，可以有早餐打包。附近交通方便，对面有机场大巴，西宁火车站坐28路到康宁站，下车走一点就到。

酒店免费帮我升级了豪华标准间，内部设施很新，卫生间也很干净，房间没有怪味，窗能看到繁华的大马路，晚上关上窗一点都不吵，枕头被子什么都很新很干净。最开心的是酒店每天都送来好吃的，昨天送来了苹果番茄仔，今天送来了两盒当地的酸奶，好开心，一直都想吃！酒店附近也有大超市和很多面馆，不愁没得吃，每天都不重样！

预订付款后，强买强卖，说在艺龙旅行网预订时提醒过不退不改，就因为此，就要客户承担不能入往且支付费用。结果是酒店未提供服务，客户要支付费用，如果有天理，就是那个所谓的提醒吗?想改后一天都不行，够强横的，我也提醒一下广大客户:下订单时小心圈套。
