房间设施还可以。前台服务员一大早就打电话问是续住或退房，让人无语。前台不主动给早餐券，叫服务员送早餐券到房间不肯送。

第一次来青海，感受到了人们的热情，尤其是酒店得服务，真的特别棒，小至酒店客房阿姨，大到酒店经理，让我找到了家的感觉。本人长期出差，第一次住的特别感动，所以也是第一次送锦旗给酒店，希望酒店可以越做越好。期待下次再聚

酒店可以比在西安住的中心戴斯酒店要好，唯一不好夏天来没有空调，虽然西宁不热，房间有点热上半夜难入睡。酒店免费停车退房拿停车票就可以。
