前台服务员似乎未经培训且欺骗客人，我订的是28平方米的商务间却给我一个20平方米的房间经艺龙协调后给我换成我预定的。结账时又告诉我信用卡的预授权消费不行需再输密码消费，直到找来前台经理才完成预授权消费。此处提醒其他顾客如果按照此酒店要求重输密码结账，他们可以利用预授权重复收取费用。这将让你花费大量时间去解决这个问题。
