酒店总体上还不错。只是毛巾少了点，比如没有擦手用的小毛巾等。另外，最近酒店餐厅正在装修无法在酒店用餐。

房间还可以，但是除了商务间都没有空调，我们到的时候刚好西宁很热，住的就不太舒服。这个房价没有空调实在是性价比很差了

酒店还好，只是位置有点偏，打的不太方便，但景观不错，在高层可看到西宁市的城市景观，旁边还有一条河，见到远山。
酒店服务的细节还要加强，如浴池堵水、床头灯不亮等问题，叫了两次第二天才来处理。
