酒店是重新装修的，卫生、服务、设施都不错，位置很好，坐车方便，有免费停车场。在酒店附近有往来兰州机场的机场大巴。

酒店重新装修过，设施比较新。比较有特点的是酒店中餐厅在西宁较有名气，味道不错，令人惊喜。

酒店离西宁火车站很近，挂的四星，客房设施尤其是服务应评五星，卫生间是亮点。单人床够大很舒服，我们带孩子休息一点也不拥挤，环境卫生。酒店周边有东关大清真寺等景点及地方小吃，可步行前往。尤其是前台接待705号工牌的小美女服务员，服务热情，耐心解答，能站在客人的立场上为我们出行排忧解难，显示出了超五星服务，点赞！
