此次西宁行最差酒店。前台接待态度冷漠，房间无空调、无暖气，十一期间晚上当地气温为0度了，只能让孩子穿毛衣睡觉。卫生间洗手池与淋浴龙头都是坏的，水花四溅。再说早餐，白粥配花卷，外加4、5款小菜，鸡蛋1枚，豆浆以上为全部，今早8点几乎全空了，说是在补充，15分钟内我是没等到。太差了！

酒店设施不错，前台服务前台的服务就很一般了，嗯周边环境说不上好，但是我是商务出差，那里头一个交易中心比较近，就是前台的服务有待提升。
