服务非常差，我们到达酒店，四个大箱子。门口没有任何接待或者行李生。完全没人理会。直到我自己进去叫人帮忙拉个车过来。酒店装修虽说欧式风格。但是有味道。早餐服务人员也是脸很黑。没问别人吃完没就要把东西收走。酒店前台超不热情。感觉来求她做事的。特别是离开酒店时我们较多行李。几个男士服务人员站在那里完全无视。全程玩手机。这样的价格配这样的服务也是够了。在敦煌住两三百块装潢精致酒店的女服务员还一直热情要帮忙拉行李。我们都不好意思。这个索菲特服务太不敢恭维了。希望管理人员好好管理一下吧。
