酒店不错，房间很大。唯一不足的地方是洗手间的帘子放下来外面也看得见洗手间内部，这样脑残的设计不知是如何通过验收的

卫生差评，房间有长头发，地上有，浴缸里也有，换了一间，还是有头发，有辣椒，窗台上有烟灰，有烟灰！请问你们一家五星级酒店都是些干啥吃的？卫生差到令人发指。差评

才进酒店对酒店影像不错，大堂经理主动问好，服务员帮忙把行李提到房间，服务员主动问好。 不过这酒店的后勤办事效率太低下， 第一天入住，房里只有一双拖鞋，叫酒店送拖鞋来，等了半个小时。 第二天起来所有灯开不了，前台说跳闸了叫人来修，等了15分钟都没有来，打电话问前台，说还要再等10分钟。 这是五星级酒店的办事效率？ 住其它五星酒店出现这种问题别人马上就来了。 这酒店后勤办事效率真的底下。
