因为工作原因，要和女朋友提前过情人节和周年，于是预定了索菲特。酒店大堂环境很不错，而且香氛的味道很让人舒服，前台小哥人很亲切，服务效率比较高，酒店专门打了欢迎信。酒店房间总体来讲，面积不算大，但是整体法式装修和家具，让人感觉很安静舒心。床垫软硬程度对于个人来说刚刚好，枕头的枕芯类似记忆材质，软硬刚好而且很贴合头部与颈部，好评。酒店卫生间浴缸，淋雨和马桶布局合理，灯光让人很舒服。而且卫生间里配的麻制搓澡巾，很贴心，好评。酒店晚上七点左右，会有服务员询问是否需要打扰房间，能更换洗漱用品和其他物件，服务态度好。总体讲，很温馨舒适的一晚。不足之处是，出门房间悬挂请即打扫后，两小时左右并未打扫，还有建议卫生间在浴缸和马桶处安装紧急按钮，贴心细节之处还需改进。
