预订房间时特意打电话到酒店让安排一间安静点得房间，结果晚上十一点多到酒店了，竟然跟我说句，他们系统问题我预定的高级大床没了，竟然给我安排了间比我预定房型低一个标准的标间，前台给我的解释竟然是因为我预定的价格比他们门店价格便宜就让我入住低一个标准的房间，辛苦了几天原本想好好睡一觉的，早上8:40就给一阵剧烈的砸墙声敲醒，打电话问前台，得到的回复竟然是不是他们装修，他们管不了
