必须表扬前台服务员，行程改变，上午退房，晚上又入驻。前台服务员第一时间能记起你的名字。入住房间不满意，第一时间叫楼层服务员来换，然后主动将换房后的房卡送到房间。可惜忘了问该前台服务员的名字。宾馆的硬件不错服务也相当好，值得推荐。
