西宁宾馆类的无冕之王，环境一流，客服包括前台、客房、餐厅都热情、尽心。早餐丰富有地方特色。有会议时内部气氛过于紧张，隔壁青海宾馆甚至临时停掉了机场大巴，这种软环境实在不属于正常的市场投资氛围。

酒店在河边公园，离闹市繁华区一河之隔，安静舒适，酒店院子很大是当地政府的宾馆，设施齐全除了房间真的有点小，早餐很丰盛就是时间很早，九点就闭餐了，必须早起去享用丰盛的早餐。

不愧是政府办的酒店，服务员态度一流，一路从福州走过来，这家宾馆尽管设备旧了一点，但是底蕴是一般五，四星酒店比不了的，给这个酒店的客房服务点赞，同时也希望餐厅服务加强管理，酒店管理人员不应该和客人同时在餐厅用早餐。
