我是一家人出们二成人二小孩，凌晨零点到酒店的，办完入住时前台服务员说只能住2人，这意味着孩子不战住或必须再开一间，还说是当地派出所规定，后来拨110证实当地办出所没这规定，经过派出所人员打电话给前台服务员才顺利入住，第一次来西宁搞得心情很不爽！！！看当晚那服务员不是个什么好东西！

非常不人性化，刚入住的时候，问前台要几个衣架，没有！难道酒店就没有备用的?叫两瓶水他说要单独收费，好！你收吧！关键一个小时都送不上来！叫修下电视催了好几次！不建议入住
