是维也纳的会员，本来可以比艺龙便宜，艺龙订惯了，就直接通过艺龙订了，后来发现艺龙给退钱，可是到现在也没见腿啊？艺龙如果不守信用，打算以后换携程了

感觉非常的好，酒店很干净，很卫生，当时订的标间没有了，给我们免费升级了一个落地窗房间，很不错的体验。

因为对维也纳连锁酒店品牌的印象不错，走到哪住店首选就是它。这次西北游来到西宁一看有维也纳想也不想就订了两晚，想着好好休息一下。可是谁知来到这个万达店我却住在一个非常奇葩的房间，一进门有个大大的走廊还以为住在一个套间里，走进房一看，洗手盆就在床旁边，洗手间在床的另一边而且是窄窄的，洗浴在前厕所在后，洗完澡想上厕所的话地下厕所全是湿的，上完厕所必须出来到另一边洗手，真是奇怪极了。而且洗手盆的镜子对着床，哪有这样子的呢，赶紧叫服务员帮忙把镜子封了。这个店住得极不舒服。楼层服务员的态度很好，总台有个别的态度不太好。早餐是热腾腾的兰州拉面，能吃得饱饱的。酒店所在位置是西宁的新区，不远处有超市也有吃的地方。要是不是住着这么一个奇葩的房间，总得来说还是不错的。
