明明定了三件双床的标准间，而且是不能取消的，结果到了那，却只剩两间双床的标间，一点都不讲诚信。天气很热，明明有空调却不能用，只能开着窗睡，外面是大马路，很吵。想多一双拖鞋，告诉我布衣间的人下班了，不能添了，还是头一次遇到这样的事情。
