是真的差，酒店的设施存在损坏的问题，但我们发现报告酒店的时候，酒店推卸责任，非让我们自己赔偿，就这种服务，还开个什么酒店，希望大家不要选这家酒店，选旁边的更好！

房间狭小，设备老旧总停电，电梯用不了，进不去屋。12层来回爬楼梯，高原反应更加厉害了。写字楼改造的宾馆，12层以下是公司，培训机构，进进出出人多杂乱，不安全。
