酒店没有停车场，自驾游超级不方便，车来不到酒店门口，然后网站预订的，什么返现30块居然智能在酒店5公里领取，什么鬼，还有什么砍价100元？也是什么鬼？对这次网络预订真的是超级失望，各种套路

每次出差都住在这里。交通特别方便，对面王府井，西侧与水井巷相连还有大广场，向东靠近大十字莫家街，可以领略西宁的独特人文地域文化特色。就是在艺龙订的单一个礼拜了发票也没寄过来。希望能提高效率！

西百宾馆真为西宁市的形象拖着后腿，西百的服务太差，被单不是客走即换，电视打不开，洗浴间外无垫巾，更不用说无抽纸和矿泉水了。门前无法打的，前厅态度冷淡，网络WiFi无法连接根本不能用，楼层服务员文化低素质差态度粗鲁无法沟通，早餐连米粥都不能保证，更见不到笑脸。这家宾馆虽然在市中心，应该好好整顿，虚心接受意见，加强培训，尤其要改进软件服务。
