房间隔音差，被子，毛巾等一股烟味。花洒露在外面，没有玻璃房，但是下水道又设计的不好，洗一会厕所就水漫金山。早餐东西少之又少，感觉是施舍给客人的，东西没了也不加，平时也就100块的酒店。

硬件不行，软件更不行。晚上入住时说我定的房型没房间了，要么贴钱住上一个房型，要么就接受下调一个房型。我下午就电话该酒店前台说会晚一点到达务必保留房间，前台说可以。结果到达后前台一个浆糊脸男人说你什么时候打的？有电话录音吗？有证据吗？第一次遇到这样的服务也是震撼了。随即拿出手机给他看电话拨打时间，浆糊脸随即改口说没交接。。。你做服务行业做的那么拽你老板知道吗？！
