性价比极低，房间小的一塌糊涂！早上等电梯，等17分钟！服务员态度极差！特别强调的是，同程网客服人员(尾号86，为了不影响该员工形象，此处不注明完全工号了)服务态度极差，后续订单解决不了，挂电话比谁都快！8月4号定的5号的房间，6号还没确认，我服了！还投诉无门，准备12315投诉，然后发律师函……

酒店设施很棒，很新，性价比也很高，房间很大，宽敞明亮，床上用具一如既往的舒适。不过接待我们的服务员有一点点问题，本来预定的3间大床房，到了之后只有2间，说免费帮我们升级为双床房。我就纳闷了，本来我们要睡的是2米的大床，你给我们1.2米的小床睡，还好意思说“升级”？多出来的一张床然并卵。本来就是同价的房间，愣是说升级。我们当然不能同意了，奔波好几天，就像好好睡个觉。据理力争之下，最终帮我们免费换到家庭房，虽然只有1.5米双人床，不过总好过标准间了。
