真的服气，第一次遇到如此服务态度极差的酒店，本来订了无窗房，到店非要用各种理由让我加钱，换有窗的房➕一个什么鬼8折卡）迫于无奈加了129块（后来才发现刷的pos机居然还不是店名）那就算了，到了房间，四面墙壁。实在气愤。下去要求退钱时，前台服务态度极差！最没想到的是到了网上凌晨12点，还叫了保安上来，要求我退还什么鬼8折卡，说真的，还不屑于这张卡，重点都睡觉了，敲门强行吵醒，连最基本的服务意识都没有。保安还和我说停车在王府井地下室也可以不收费，当我拿了停车票出去，收费员和我说不属于他们的，又缴费了80元。真的我感受到了西宁市这家什么如家名下的酒店对我们外地旅客一种恶意和欺骗。

房间有点旧，没有空调，卫生间排风机噪音超大。服务还好，相对于其他城市的和颐酒店，价位偏高，和房间的设施设备不符。酒店在19-24层楼。有送早餐，还可以。

一进房间有股霉味，房间没空调，只有一扇小窗，和颐的品牌在我心中一落千丈，那就是一经济型酒店但收的是四星级的价格，659元的大床房，不值得……
