酒店在景区里，逛热海很方便，温泉也不错，可以避开游客最多的时候，比较干净，服务人员态度都挺好的，晚上自助餐的鸡汤很好喝，唯一不足就是房间设施比较旧。

首先投诉进门的保安 没问我是不是住酒店的直接把我赶下去团体停车场 后来还说我没告诉他住酒店 些什么服务？ br800多一间房 房间不值 温泉不错 温泉服务基本没有 吃的也基本没有 自助餐不过不失吧
