总体不错，性价比高，早餐也丰富。但我要投诉的是代理商。当初预定因这家在搞礼包活动，礼包包含免费接机和免费用车一日游，我即和联系人王先生咨询用车包括哪几个景点，得知其中有热海。我按规定提前一天打电话预约接机和用车事宜（联系人已换成周先生）。由于我在昆明旅游，担心在游玩时没时间就在去景点的路上打电话过去，电话关机，我不知什么原因，就联系了艺龙客服，客服回复让我晚点再打，下午3点多我打通了姓周的电话，并告诉他我们明天的航班时间，他让我用短信发给他，我又说用车请安排在第二天去热海，他说热海不去的，我说当时预定时咨询过有的，他不知说了句什么电话就挂了。我按照他的要求把短信发了过去并提出当时王先生说可以去热海的，他回复说哪你去找王先生吧。事情没落实，后续又打了好几个电话不接，发短信不回。第二天12点多到了腾冲机场，我打电话他还是不接，我只能找艺龙，客服回复车马上到了会联系我的，半个多小时过去没人来接，我再次拔打周的电话，他却说没接到预约电话（他跟艺龙也是这么说的）现在没车可派自己坐大巴去酒店。谎言、无耻（有短信通话记录为证）这样没有职业道德不讲诚信的人怎:能在这行业为大众服务。希望艺龙加强监管。，
