  酒店房间蛮宽敞的，因为是别墅式的，空间很大。第一天还听到楼里有人，后两天就是我们二人一个别墅了!卫生间味道不好，整天必须开排风，但还是有味道，估计是装修的问题。酒店离客运站很近，就在后面。腾冲不大，如果出行可以坐公交小巴。从酒店所在的小区出来，热海路上就是2路小巴，可到热海景区，反方向可到县城中。

  酒店离古镇较远。但离车站很近。到热海2路到底，交通还方便。 前台服务有待改进。我前一天电话确认时答应有车来车站接的，但到了腾冲后前台说没有车，我说我们不认识路，她竟然让我们去其他酒店。（我钱都冻结了，怎么换酒店那）不能来接，让我们自己走过去（路确实不远），我们人生地不熟，又拖着行李哪里去找啊。好不容易到了小区，又在修路，真是无法了。又打电话前台，还是没车，又没人出来接，我说要找老板投诉，她让我到酒店找老板投诉好了。当时真让我气的不轻。无奈只得找携程求救，最后还是携程协调，她才出来接。这里要表扬一下携程事情处理的很快，10分钟就有人来接了。
