酒店环境不错，位置也很方便，性价比很高。如果一大家子人来，可以单独住一个小别墅。舒服！父母非常喜欢

酒店房间蛮宽敞的，因为是别墅式的，空间很大。第一天还听到楼里有人，后两天就是我们二人一个别墅了!卫生间味道不好，整天必须开排风，但还是有味道，估计是装修的问题。酒店离客运站很近，就在后面。腾冲不大，如果出行可以坐公交小巴。从酒店所在的小区出来，热海路上就是2路小巴，可到热海景区，反方向可到县城中。

酒店离古镇较远。但离车站很近。到热海2路到底，交通还方便。
前台服务有待改进。我前一天电话确认时答应有车来车站接的，但到了腾冲后前台说没有车，我说我们不认识路，她竟然让我们去其他酒店。（我钱都冻结了，怎么换酒店那）不能来接，让我们自己走过去（路确实不远），我们人生地不熟，又拖着行李哪里去找啊。好不容易到了小区，又在修路，真是无法了。又打电话前台，还是没车，又没人出来接，我说要找老板投诉，她让我到酒店找老板投诉好了。当时真让我气的不轻。无奈只得找携程求救，最后还是携程协调，她才出来接。这里要表扬一下携程事情处理的很快，10分钟就有人来接了。

酒店服务很好，房间硬件不错，热水很充足，还可以自己做饭。酒店免费接送机，我们走时东西忘了拿，酒店还给司机打电话，车又送我们回去拿。周边很安静，但吃饭方便，离步行衔也近，有公交车直达。总之很不错，下次来还住这家！

酒店位于凤麓湖畔，酒店工作人员很热情，来大门口带的路，由于我们是在春节前出行，一家人住了一幢别墅，干净、卫生，环境很不错，好停车，晚上很安静，利于休息！以后如果再到腾冲，绿荫还是我的选择！O(∩_∩)O~
