艺龙订的酒店，凌晨4点零9到达太原火车站，去酒店大约5点，入住后要求下午两点退房，经过恳求，前台同意延长至下午三点，我们千恩万谢，三点准时出房，来到前台，开始办理寄存物品（提前说好的），办好后，前台才说交房卡，结果超过三点了，前台说超时再交半天房费，我们一个普通标准间，入住10小时，收了一天半的房费，747元，吃人啊？太不满意啦！我们来到前台寄存行李时为啥不提醒先把房卡交了再存，是为了让我们延时多收249元的房费吗？而且在我们交了房卡时，双方沟通过程中还不及时结帐，是为了多延时几分钟吗？不理解、真的不理解！差评！
