第一，我在网上预订双床房，到酒店前台人员和我核实，我又不放心，问了一次是两个单人床的房间吧，前台服务人员說是！我就办理入住手续，第二进入房间一看是一个双人床！我打电话說，我定的是双床房，前台人员說不好意思，没有了，这是欺骗行为，让我很生气，我登记入住的时候怎么不說没有了，我再次确认的时候怎么不告诉我没有，办理好了进房间告诉我没有了，这些不說，就事论事第三房间的卫生间太小了，而且装修设备太旧！在电梯口遇到一个服务人员，态度很好，这个值得表扬
