中午12点开车出发，开了一个对时到零点，满以为到酒店了，结果导航导的路在修路封闭，就绕啊绕，绕到导航都糊涂了，终于在00:15分到酒店了！满以为可以休息了，结果遇上一个叫马✘仪的前台服务员，那叫个不紧不慢不慌不忙慢慢悠悠，在那个电脑上看阿看，又打了两个电话问卫生搞出来没，又问房间能用不，我就想问我下午就订了房间，你早干嘛呢？我告诉她开了一天车，给个安静点的房间，她说就一间了，给了1203，我们提着大包小包上去一看是大床间，可我订的是双人床，你在那貌似很认真的看了半天电脑🖥看啥呢，连最基本的床位都不清楚，我立马打了电话给她，她又让我下去给我调房间，深更半夜的，开了一天车的我们又提着大包小包带着孩子又下楼去调房间，给调到1607双人床房间，我想问你不说没房间了吗，怎么这会又有了，而且是无烟房！折腾的我又气又累，到两点都没睡意，要不是大半夜的，我真要找你们总经理投诉，住的酒店多了，这样的还是头一回见！酒店前台是一个企业的门面，说大了是一个城市的门面，前台工作人员的选拔真的很关键，不光有颜值，更重要的是素质，话说因为一个人喜欢一座城，昨晚这个叫马✘仪的服务员让第一次来太原的我初印象大打折扣！
