整体入住体验还不错！工作人员服务态度很好，尤其是餐厅服务和大堂礼宾服务！就是亲子房主题没有住到孩子喜欢的主题，房间布置还挺温馨的，床也够大！另外就是餐厅的早餐品种太少了！

10月2日和10月3日连住了两晚，酒店大堂前台服务很贴心，半个月前就先和我确认了入住信息！入住当天服务也很贴心态度非常亲切！退房时还送了我们一包山西特产小吃，点个大大的赞！但是10月5日晚(也就是今天晚上）入住就不太愉快，入住时还让我人脸识别，我就奇怪了前两天入住怎么没识别？而且办理完入住早餐券也没给我，说我订的房间没订早餐，于是我把订单翻出来给前台看，然后才给了我三张早餐券，我搞不清值班的每组人为什么前后素质差这么多？？？

早餐丰富多彩，中西点心齐全；不能加床了；非常适合带孩子，有文体活动中心，可以游泳、打羽毛球等。酒店有停车场。酒店有中西餐厅，而且非常棒。服务员的服务非常贴心。下次来太原还是选择这家酒店的。

房间设施很好，很齐全，服务态度很热情，主动帮忙拿行李，疫情期间检测消毒也很正规严格，让我们外地来入住的感觉很安心，希望下次来太原，有机会再住这家酒店??????
