住在817房间，刚入住时手机不会连网，楼道碰见管家服务员小杜，询问房间怎么连网，她很耐心的进入房间帮我们连网，外出时告知帮我搞卫生，回来后看见服务员把我牙刷上套了防尘套，另我很开心，感谢他们的服务和细心的观察。

我们来太原四天，计划一天住一地，第二天按计划来政府宾馆，应该下午入住，上午想寄存行李。总台看到有空房就让我们住了。有点小惊喜。入住后四楼的服务员态度很好。主动问候，又有点感动。为此我们决定再住一天，迎泽宾馆！！
